Arrests
The Mineral Wells Police Department reported making the following arrests:
• Jose Armando Castillo, 27, of Santo, was arrested Friday for public intoxication and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.
• Tito Hector Ortiz, 29, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Sunday for running a stop sign, no driver’s license, no insurance and an ICE hold.
